During an onsite inspection, David will discuss your ideas and vision before providing a free quote. We are always transparent with you and listen to your input throughout the entire process. If you already have plans drawn, email them to email@example.com and Josie will provide you with a fixed price quote
Drawing & engineers
Our experienced architect will provide you with customised designs for your next building project via email. We will revise our designs until you are completely satisfied. After you have approved our designs, we will provide you with a fixed price quote.
Once you have approved the architectural drawings, we will draw up a contract for both the builder and yourself to sign and decide on a commencement date.
Once you have accepted the quote, we will submit your plans to the council on your behalf. We will complete all necessary paperwork such as the CDC, The Water Corporation application, energy efficiency assessment and BA forms.
Once construction has started, we will provide you with our suppliers’ showrooms so you can choose from a vast variety of fixtures, colours, fittings, etc. All construction will be carried out with minimal disruption to your day-to-day life. We pride ourselves on safety and good housekeeping. You can rest assured that your job will be done to the highest standard.
Once your project is completed to your satisfaction, we offer a six-month maintenance period and a 10-year structural warranty. We submit our final claim invoice upon completion. You have one week to inform us of anything that you feel needs rectified or adjusted after the final walk-through. If everyone is happy, then payment is made on time as per the contract.
