Owned and operated by David and Josie Martin, Mindful Homes are Perth’s trusted, family-owned, custom home builder. We pride ourselves on being one of the only companies in Perth where the builder is your main point of contact throughout the entire build, onsite and only a phone call away! We’re small enough to listen, but big enough to deliver, which makes a big difference when you require flexibility with your build. Some clients need us to build in stages, others only want their project built to lock up, both of which we are more than happy to accommodate! We offer competitive pricing and provide fixed price, itemised quotes so you know we are 100 percent transparent with our pricing.

We have over 20 years combined experience in the industry, and we work with only the best trades to deliver you a quality project. Both David and Josie have a CPC50210 – Diploma of Building and Construction. Mindful Homes is a registered building practitioner and registered building contractor. David is also a qualified bricklayer by trade.

David will meet with you onsite to view your project and begin the process of building or renovating your dream space. We create an itemised quote, listing everything that’s included in your project, and we work with you to finalise this quote based on your budget, time frame and every day life.

We provide itemised quotes, listing all that will be included in your project- unlike many other builders. We design our procedures and processes with efficiency as a priority, the savings of which we pass on to our clients. We want you to be happy with the finished project as well as the cost!

If you already have plans drawn up by a draftsman or architect, or if you’re renovating you should be able to get your existing house plans from your local council, email them to [email protected] and Josie will provide you with a fixed price quote.

We absolutely love being able work on the homes of Perth and in turn, improve the lives of the people who live in them. It’s very rewarding to see the finished product and to see a design come to life from conception to completion. We also work with great trades and suppliers!

We are highly experienced at building second storey additions, having completed many around Perth, from Willetton to Scarborough and even Mundaring! However we specialise in custom designed new builds, extensions and renovations, granny flats, garages and more!
